Fall 2019 Distance Training Program


Stronger Together

A 12-week half marathon or 10K training program led by experienced coaches who are passionate about running and want to empower YOU through the power of sweat!  The program includes twice weekly coached workouts and group runs, a comprehensive online training program with individualized paces, distance specific training tips and seminars, and an optional strength training workout. 



DATES: September 18th – December 14th

SCHEDULE:  Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am at various locations in the North End of Tacoma.                                                                                                       

Optional Monday night strength training session at 6pm.

LEVELS: All levels welcome!  Whether you are new to the distance, want to take your performance to the next level or looking for accountability and a group to run with,

this program will help you meet your goals.  Half marathon participants should be able to run / walk a minimum of 3 miles at a 16-minute pace or faster.
